Our Lady of the Angels Junior College began as an academic teacher-training program for Felician Sisters who would go on to teach in diocesan schools throughout the province. By 1953, the sisters in Enfield were teaching 8,672 students across the New England states.
Felician Sisters studying in the Junior College. The two-year program, housed within the Enfield provincial house, was granted affiliation with the Catholic University of America. The 1945 inaugural class consisted of 72 Felician Sisters. 
Sister Mary Victima Kaznocha taught postulants at Our Lady of the Angels Junior College, an academic teacher-training program for Felician Sisters who would go on to teach in diocesan schools throughout the province.
