This photo is of Felician Sisters from the Immaculate Conception Province operating a print shop and book bindery. Felician Sisters began printing their own books in the 1870s when Fr. Joseph Dabrowski purchased a press and equipment so that he and the sisters could produce Polish-language textbooks.
