This book is from a series written and illustrated by Sister Mary Celeste Goulet for the Dene children in her ministry in Tulita, NWT. They are written in English with translation in the Slavey language of the Dene people by Mable Martin. This book, titled “The Fire of 1995,” is based on a real event that the people from Tulita experienced.
